Bragg's Aminos Chicken + Cauliflower Rice



Braggs Amino's Chicken + Cauliflower Rice


Ingredients

  • 1 pound of chicken breasts, cut into one inch pieces
  • Salt + Pepper
  • 1/2 cup braggs aminos
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 4 tbsp honey 
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • Garlic Powder 
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder 
  • 2 bags frozen riced cauliflower
  • (optional) brown rice
  • (optional) other roasted veggies...I used green beans
Directions 
  1. Make the sauce. Combine braggs aminos, water, honey, sesame oil, honey, vinegar, ketchup, garlic powder, ginger, and chili powder in a bowl.  Mix well and set aside. 
  2. Heat a skillet to medium/high heat. Place chicken in skillet and pour half of the sauce over top. Cook chicken until done. 
  3. Cook frozen cauliflower according to directions. 
  4. Use the other half of the sauce and pour over finished cauliflower rice. 
  5. Add chicken to cauliflower rice.
  6. Separate into individual bowls
  7. Add any extra veggies of choice
  8. Optional...could use brown rice in place of cauliflower rice or add small amount of cauliflower rice for a perfect 2BMindset Lunch! Without brown rice this meal works perfect for a 2BMindset Dinner.
