Braggs Amino's Chicken + Cauliflower Rice
Ingredients
- 1 pound of chicken breasts, cut into one inch pieces
- Salt + Pepper
- 1/2 cup braggs aminos
- 1/3 cup water
- 4 tbsp honey
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 2 bags frozen riced cauliflower
- (optional) brown rice
- (optional) other roasted veggies...I used green beans
Directions
- Make the sauce. Combine braggs aminos, water, honey, sesame oil, honey, vinegar, ketchup, garlic powder, ginger, and chili powder in a bowl. Mix well and set aside.
- Heat a skillet to medium/high heat. Place chicken in skillet and pour half of the sauce over top. Cook chicken until done.
- Cook frozen cauliflower according to directions.
- Use the other half of the sauce and pour over finished cauliflower rice.
- Add chicken to cauliflower rice.
- Separate into individual bowls
- Add any extra veggies of choice
- Optional...could use brown rice in place of cauliflower rice or add small amount of cauliflower rice for a perfect 2BMindset Lunch! Without brown rice this meal works perfect for a 2BMindset Dinner.
