JUDE'S ONE YEAR BIRTHDAY SESSON

I envisioned for some time how perfect Jude's one year pictures would turn out. I had planned on taking them myself but when my best friend Kim said she would take them, I was so relieved because I really wanted to be in the pictures with him. It's so much easier having help with your own child's pictures then trying to do it all on your own. I'm so glad Kim and I understand each other's styles and help each other out so much.

We ran out of time at our family session to do his one year pictures so we met back up the next week. The weather was just perfect and it was so easy just being able to focus on Jude and me. He was an angel the whole time.  He wanted to nurse at the very end and I've always always wanted nursing pictures with my babies but never remembered to have them done. So when Jude wanted to nurse, Kim snapped a few shots and I was crying at how perfect they were and how I will always cherish the memories of them...especially the ones with his little fingers touching my mouth because that's what he has always done and I'm so glad I'll have that memory forever! If you don't like nursing pictures, please feel free not to look at these photos but for those mamas who love nursing photos like I do...read on. They are not super exposing in any way. Just pure love and true emotion.

Thank you again Kim for these amazing pictures.

FALL FAMILY SESSION 2016

A few weeks ago on a beautiful October evening, we headed out to get our fall family pictures taken. I am SO blessed to have my best friend be so talented as a photographer. We both love photography so much and we always exchange picture sessions for each other. I am absolutely in LOVE with how these pictures turned out and I can not wait to print them and hang them on my walls. It's SO hard to get good pictures of all your kids when you have a big family and as I've had more kids, I have less and less time to take the pictures I'd like to. So having these pictures is just priceless to me!

Thank you Kim from the bottom of my heart for taking the time out of your day to bless our family with these memories!

We dealt with spiders, cranky kids, a slight panic attack on my part lol but after moving to a new location everyone calmed down and everything turned out just so so perfect :)
