Ruy starts Second Grade TOMORROW!!!
It's hard to believe but our Summer break is over! Where did the time go? I had this big list of fun things I wanted to do with the kids, but most of it didn't happen. You know...the list you make after seeing all the cool pins on Pinterest! :) We still had a great Summer even without doing all the cool Pinterest ideas though. Ruy is so ready to get back into school. He has been asking for about three weeks now if we could "please just start school now!" I'm glad he is excited about starting school again.
This is my fourth year home-schooling Ruy and I'm really looking forward to it. I've prayed a lot about this school year and I'm excited to see all the wonderful things God is going to do. I decided to make our theme verse for this school year
1 Corithians 10:31
So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God. (ESV)
My prayer is that I would bring glory to God through my teaching Ruy ( Liam and Alanna) this school year. And also, that Ruy's hard work in school would bring Glory to God.
So here's to an amazing 2014-2015 school year!!!
