THE PUMPKIN PATCH

Saturday was a little bit busy.  Nathan had a test first thing in the morning for his Health Insurance License and then he had training after that.  I spent the morning trying to make breakfast, clean up the house, make lunch, and get the kids ready and out the door by 12:45 for Ruy's soccer game.  Nathan got home right before we needed to leave so I quick nursed Jude and then we headed out to Ruy's game...leaving the house looking like a hurricane had just gone through it.  I hate leaving with the house a mess but being totally honest here...it's been hard some days keeping up with all the house work.

Some days I feel like I'm on top of it all and then some days Alanna and Jude are crying for me at the same time, Liam needs help in the bathroom, and Ruy is trying to tell me a story all at the same moment.  Being pulled in four different directions all at once can be challenging but I love it, chaos and all :)

We made it to the game in plenty of time.  I got Jude out of the van to finish nursing him and instantly felt wet on my shirt...yep he had peed out of his diaper all over my shirt.  But by baby #4 pee on your shirt doesn't really seem like a big deal.  You let it dry and move on with your day :)  Ruy played a great game.  I love watching him play!

We headed to the Pumpkin Patch after letting Ruy change and I nursed Jude again.  We were meeting up with Nathan's mom there and Nathan's brother and wife came with us as well.  Liam has been SO crazy excited about going to the pumpkin patch.  He was so excited to see the "punkins" and Alanna was excited to see the "puntins"!  I love little kid words :)

I had to get a picture of me and my girl.  She's getting so big!

Ruy sat down on these pumpkins and at the same time we both laughed and said "it looks like a big butt!"  Yes, that's life with boys! :)

Liam ran around rolling pumpkins and finding all the squished pumpkins.

Alanna was tired from not having a nap that day and in no mood for anything but being near me so Grammy got a picture with all her boys.

Jude slept through the whole thing but looked adorable doing so!

It was another fun year at the pumpkin patch!

Now I can't wait for Halloween this Saturday.  Trunk or Treat at our church & Trick or Treating that night!
