Monday we were finally able to decorate our tree. After over a week of it sitting without any decorations on it, I thought Liam was going to have a panic attack. Ruy and Liam both asked every day when we could put ornaments on the tree and Liam talked non-stop about putting the star up. When Nathan got an evening off of work this past Monday, he got all of the Christmas totes out of the attic and we all got to work decorating. It went surprisingly smoother than I had anticipated. Decorating a tree with lots of little ones can be challenging but it was fun. Alanna kept pulling off any ornament Liam and Ruy put on the tree and she was pretty fascinated with the lights. Jude slept through most of it in the Ergo but the other three had the best time. Ruy took extra time picking out just the right spot for each ornament, especially he G.I.Joe ornament. Liam kept saying "Oh it's so wonderful we got to decorate the tree!" And Alanna thought the "mish mish" tree looked so pretty.
